Inside Sales Representative (ISR) – Male (Telecalling & Field Visits)
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the evolution of our customer-facing platform. You'll own architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ship beautifully crafted UI used by thousands of customers daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telecalling activities to generate leads and follow up with clients.
- Visit clients when required for meetings, product discussions, or relationship building.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales.
- Candidates from the same or similar industry will be preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication, CRM tools if applicable).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits when required.
